Project Brief
A comprehensive refurbishment and rear extension to a Victorian terraced home in South West London, transforming a tired and compartmentalised property into a bright, considered family home.
The structural works opened up the ground floor entirely, creating a new open-plan kitchen, dining and living space that flows naturally to the garden. Above, the extension added a new bedroom, making better use of the footprint without compromising the character of the original building.
Throughout, the layout was fundamentally reconfigured removing the dated room-by-room arrangement in favour of spaces that feel generous and connected. Bespoke joinery was crafted to the kitchen and principal rooms, giving the finished home a sense of quality that carries through every detail..
